| Ingredients:
Patatoes
(diced) - 250gms
Fresh
baby corn (diced)-200gms
Onions
(chopped) - 100gms
Tomatoes
(chopped) - 100gms
Red
Chillies (whole) - 20gms
Tamarind
(soaked) - 25gms
Coconut
Oil - 2tbsps
Salt

Preparation:
1.Boil
the chillies and make a fine paste, using a little water.
2.
Boil the potato cubes and baby corns separately.
3.
Heat oil, and onions and saute, until light brown in colour. Then add chopped
tomatoes and continue cooking.
4.
When tomatoes are cooked, add the chilli paste and tamarind water; and
cook for a minute.
5.
Then, add potatoes, baby corn and salt. Cook for two minutes and serve
hot. |
