| Ingredients:
2 cups-
Potatoes (boiled and mashed)

bread slices, soaked and mashed

cups mix green leaves (spinach, fenugreek, bathua, dhaniya)

green chillies (diced)

tbsp groundnut, (roasted and coarsely ground)

tbsp sesame seeds
1/2
cup peas (boiled)
1/2
tsp garam masala
Oil
for frying

Preparation:
1.Heat
1 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. When they begin to crackle, add mix
herbs.
2.Fry
till water separates. Add salt, pepper, sesame seed and groundnuts.
3.Then
add garam masala and peas, mix well.
4.Mix
potato and soaked bread slices, and 1 tsp salt. Make a dought. Divide into
16-20 equal portions.
5.Flatten
each ball on you palm and put some herb mixture. 6.Roll again and give
the desired shape. Make all the puffs.
Heat
oil in a pan.
7.Deep-fry
till golden brown. You can also bake it instead of frying.
8.Smear
some oil on puffs at the time of baking. Serve with tomato sauce.
