Ingredients:

1.Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
2.Gram floor - 1cup.
3.Maida  -1 cup.
4.Wheat flour -1 cup.
5.Red Chilli powder -2 tsp.
6.Cumin seed powder -1/2 tsp.
7.Big Onion -1 (grated) .
8.Big potato -1 (grated)
9.Carrots - 2 (grated)
10.Green Chillies Chopped -5
11.Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
12.Oil -Sufficient
13.Salt - 2 tsp

For Garnishing:
Mint chutney, onion and tomato slices

Preparation:

1. Mix all the flours along with jeera powder. 
2.Add just enough water to make a paste (of pouring consistency). 
3.Lightly fry the vegetables adn then add them to the paste. 
4.Heat a tawa and grease it well. 
5.Pour one ladleful of mixture and spread it evenly with the back of the ladle. Turn over when one side is ready. 
6.Pour 1-2 tsp more oil and bake it till done. Do this will all batter. 
7.Server hot wiht curry, chutbey ir sayce.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes.

For 3-4 persons.
