| Ingredients:

Potatoes - 250 gms.
2.
Curd - ½ cup
3.
Ginger - ½" piece.
4.
Green chilies - 2 nos.
5.
Garlic - ¼ pod.
6.
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp.
7.
Chili powder - ½ tsp.
8.
Ghee - 2 tbsps.
9.
Salt - To taste. |
Preparation
:-
1.Boil
the potatoes, skin and cut into halves.
2.Beat
the curd well and grind the ginger, garlic, green chilies
to
a fine paste.
3.Mix
the potatoes pieces with the chili paste, curd, chili powder, turmeric
powder and salt.
4.Keep
this mixture aside for 1/2 an hour or more.
5.Heat
ghee in a pan and fry the potatoes till golden brown in colour.
6.Serve
hot with puris. |
