| Ingredients:
6 small
capsicums
2
medium potatoes, peeled & diced
2
cups shelled peas
1
tsps oil
1
medium onion, finely chopped
1/2
tsp turmeric
1
tsp finely chopped ginger
4 green chillies, finely chopped
1 cup chopped coriander leaves salt to taste
1 lime, juice extract
4 tbsps dalda
3 tsps grated cheese |
Steps to follow:
1. slice off the
tops of the capsicums and remove seeds.
2. Apply salt on
the insides and invert to drain.
3. Boil potatoes
and peas.
4. Heat oil and suate onion till transparent.
5. Add tumeric,
ginger, chilli, coriander leaves, salt and lime juice. Add potatoes and
peas.
6. Mix well and
stuff capsicums.
7. Heat dalda in a wide-botomed pan.
8. Place capsicums carefully in it.
9. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
10. Top with cheese just before serving. |
