Soya Kofta Curry
 
 
Ingredients: 
 
Soya granules 100 gms
Potato 1 No
Green Chillies 2 Nos.
Nutmeg Powder A Pinch
Salt To Taste
Gram Flour(Besan) 10 gms
Soya refined oil For deep frying
Soya refined oil 10 ml
Bay leaf 1 No
Boiled onion paste 120 gms
Ginger paste 10 gms
Garlic Paste 10 gms
Tomato Paste 60 gms
Red chilly Powder 10 gms
Coriander Powder 10 gms
Turmeric Powder 5 gms
Garam Masala Powder 5 gms
Green Coriander chopped 20 gms
 
Method: 

Soak soya granules in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes. Squeeze to remove excess water. Boil potato in salted water, peel and then mash. Mix soya granules, mashed potato, green chillies, nutmeg powder and salt. Add besan to this mixture mix well and then make small kofta. 
 
Deep fry these kofta in moderate hot until crisp. Remove and keep aside.  
Heat oil, add bay leaf and boiled onion paste, cook till oil starts separating. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, tomato paste, cook for a moment then add red chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and cook nicely. 
 
Add water, put garam masala, adjust salt and then put kofta and green coriander. Cook till done.  
Serve hot.
