Fair would be open to visitors from 15th
October to 19th October '99. The Participants will be handed over the stalls for the preparation five days prior to the fair, i.e., from 10 th October 99. The stall arrangement and display should be completed in all respects before 6.00 PM on 14 th October 99. The participants are expected to dismantle and handback the stalls by 21st October 99. The stalls should be handed back to the organiser in the same condition as they were handed over to the Participants. |
